The STAR Culture Model has been created through a thorough process of practical work, studies and research that was finalized in early 2016 resulting in a comprehensive model that addresses the contemporary business environment with the fast-changing conditions and the high mixtures of different generations of employees. After a series of tests, in 2018 and 2019, the STAR Culture Model has been defined as we know it today.
Being developed on the examples of the globally most advanced organizations, followed by a thorough research, the STAR Culture Model emphasizes the most important areas of the organizational culture including Leadership, People, Excellence, Partnership, Change & Innovation, Simplicity, Attitude and Winning. With the STAR Culture Survey we can deep dive into the elements of these 8 areas and assess what are the strengths of the organization’s culture or where the culture needs to change or improve.
Besides the analysis of the 8 Value Areas, the STAR Culture Survey enables assessment of the Culture Orientation, Strength and Adaptability as important aspects of any organization’s culture.
STAR Engagement Model
The STAR Engagement Model and Survey focus on the main engagement drivers, assessing their influence on the level of employee engagement, i.e. disengagement in the organization. From there, the model makes a connection with the elements of STAR Culture, giving a better picture on where the organization should focus on in order to improve and drive employee engagement.
The 6 steps of the STAR Engagement Model are designed to drive employee engagement in a structured way enabling organizations to achieve maximum results in the most effective and efficient way.
TARGET Coaching Model
TARGET Coaching Model is a focused solution-based approach that has the client, i.e. the coachee in the center (in the focus) of the coaching session. By placing the coachee in the center, with the TARGET Coaching Model, the coach ensures to bet here for the coachee throughout the session, focusing on, first, understanding the situation with its circumstances and, then, finding the right solutions that can be performed with the available resources.
STAR Leadership Competences
The STAR Leadership Competencies Model is developed on the basis of the Core Value areas of the STAR Culture Model comprising a set of skills and behaviors that would enable leaders to perform minding the values and the elements of the STAR Culture. In that way, besides being effective and successful, leaders will shape and reinforce the culture, building highly effective winning teams.
